Not sure about this year as now have the cat and mum said I can't bring him home so will probably be me, the cat and the hamster :)
I've invited my parents up here so cook Christmas lunch for them with all the trimmings but they're not speaking at the moment so not getting very far!?!?!
Don't want to think about it. It's usually just me + Sgt Troy, but last year we had MIL for first time, and i'm still feeling raw from the experience.
How is it possible to eat your way through a home-cooked, beautifully presented meal without uttering one nice thing about it????? I couldn't care less if she's 87- good manners are ageless.
I have spent Christmas Day on my own for the last 30 years (even when I was married, I did so..lol).. so no change there.. Wee Al, me and A.N.Otherchilly fan are spending a very happy day on our own, thank you!)
