I am trying to access moonpig greetings card website. A window keeps coming up saying Flash6.ocx add on running , this is preventing me from accessing the site. How can I get rid of this without removing something important from my computer.

flash6.ocx is your plug-in flash player though I don't see how this would stop you accesing moonpig. You can temporarily disable it though so try this (you can always enable it after so you aren't deleting anyting)

Go into internet explorer - Tools menu - Internet Options - Programs Tab - "Manage Add-Ons" button. Then look down the list for "Shockwave Flash Object". Scroll over to the right and it should tell you the file name (this should be Flash6.ocx). Disable it here and restart internet explorer to see if it lets you on
