Supplier threatens to size faulty goods I wont pay for !
1 Answers
I bought some blinds for the conservatory for 1050, paid 300 deposit, but when they were fitted 4 of the blinds did not fit properly. I have not paid the remainder of the bill stating they need repairing or swapping. The supplier threatened to come this Friday and remove them if I did not pay up.
I am about to write to them to explain they are not allowed onto my land and will be trespassing if they do. Do suppliers have the right to do this ???
