pension release

i am 40 next year and i have 2 small frozen personal pensions they are frozen because i have a very good works pension and could'nt afford to pay into them all. i would like to release the frozen pensions as when i retire they will be worth very little. i do not wont to put them into my company pension I want the benefit of them now. any advice as to how to go about this?
