I put this question on "home n garden" by mistake - doh!
I've got some "glace lemon caps" but don't know how to use them. They look like crystallized fruits but other than being yellow don't really resemble lemon slices. Very sweet as dippe in melted icing sugar. Any thoughts please? (Not rude ones).
hi there they can be used in the same way as mixed peel in cakes when chopped.or heated with honey lemon juice and water to ease a cold,hope this helps.
