speeding offence
8 Answers
can anyone help me please. my sister passed her driving test last June. she thinks she might have been caught in a speed trap yesterday. she wasn't very much over, 33-35 mph in a 30 zone, but the worry is that she has been told by a "friend", that as she has only passed her test 6 months ago, she will be automatically disqualified and have to re-sit the exam. she is very worried and I would like some advice.
many thanks

When I first passed I had to drive so carefully and never went 1mph over the speed limit as was worried about points.
When finally 2 years were up I relaxed more, doesn't mean I go at 60mph through a 30, but I dont stress as much and dont worry if you accidently hit 35mph, as lets face it, we all are demon to it sometimes!
