John Sargeant on Strictly Come dancing.

Ok the public voted him to stay in to annoy the Judges but surely now is the time to think sensibly that a lot of hard work and training has been put in by the other contestants who do have Dancing talent,some more than others.
I am now finding the smug look on Johns face extremely irritating.Apparently he is putting in very little effort ,just expecting to be voted in every week. Enough I say.

He's lost two stone, so he must be doing something during training!

After each couple has danced, they Tessa says "To keep your favourite in the competition, phone blah blah blah"
She DOESN'T say: "Vote for your favourite, but only if they can dance!"

I think it's great that jo public is keeping him in, and was glad to see cherie go. I think she was very smug at the beginning.

It just shows that we will not be made to vote for someone we don't like, regardless of what they can do.
Remember when a non-celebrity won celebrity big brother? Power to the people I say!

Someone on telly yesterday said that people forget that first and foremost, it's a dancing competition. I disagree, first and foremost, it's a charity fundraiser surely?

i agree, if it was just a dance competition then why have they got celebrities doing the dances?? if it was a dance competition it would be called come dancing just like it was many years ago when it was just dancers

I thought that this years SCD had nothing to do with charity. As for John..... well I cant say what I think he should do cos I`d be banned from here.

On the BBC2 show they were talking about how many hours each of the celebs had practised and John was second in the number of hours. So he is putting in the effort, he's just not improving much!

Just seen on the news that he has pulled out as even he can see that it would be wrong for him to win. Well done John.

Myy mum was saying the other day they aren't apparantly doing it for CIN so makes you wonder where the money is going.

Where did you hear they were doing it for Children in Need? I haven't heard anything about the money from the normal show going to CIN.
