how can i get my nokia 6230 to play mp3 tracks continuously instead of me having to start each track after the previous one has finished?

I have a Nokia 6260, which I believe is very similar to your phone. Go to Realplayer, press options, open Mem.card sound clips. It should then say Track list name: Track list, press OK. You should then have all your mp3 tracks under the name 'Track list' which you can change if you like. they should then play continuously when you open track list. Hope that helped.

thanks for your help but my phone does not have the real player you mentioned.to play continuous tracks would my music have to be in music files of the phones memory or stored in the media card which has the much bigger memory?

All my music is stored on the memory card. I upgraded my memory card to 512 MB, which allows me to have about 150 songs (approx) You can order these online from http://www.mobymemory.com for about �36. Highlt recommended if you want to use your phone as an MP3 player.
