London undergound stations - please help

I am taking part in a quiz and all the answers are for London Underground Stations (past or present), and am stuck on some of them. It isn't a crossword or anagrams so i don't have any letters. The clues are:
5 - they are also on the south coast
24 - high on tobacco
40 - fortress
53 - Lawyers Row
58 - Do they kick from here
64 - River crossing in the forest
66 - certain dyke
67 - green leather & hot air here
71 - the lord mayor lives here
73 - sounds like place to steal cattle
74 - the sopranos sing here
75 - he who would be king
78 - tinning community
81 - Heidi's house
82 - place for the clerics' car
91 - university big tent
93 - maidstone is one of these
94 - store efficiently
95 - pasty-faced metropolis
98 - coves liquid
99 - pay a toll to go here

L in K no station called Prince Regent, could be Regent St.
