possibly from the air in your chest used to speak or shout something that has been bothering you??

also perhaps, it is to relieve the stress by speaking your mind so you don't have a heart attack??

I assumed it came from a cough - it feels good to shift phlegm off your chest - it feels good to get rid of a worry.
