I have a British passport but am a French resident. Am I eligible for Britrail passes? I want to travel around Britain by train and it seems cheaper if you are a foreign visitor.

It's your country of residence which matters, not your passport.

Britrail passes must be puchased before entering the UK and are sent to your home address.
