I'm not very technically minded, and I'm not quite sure how to phrase this question, so please bear with me.

I always look at my incoming emails in my BT account and delete any 'spams' before allowing the rest into Outlook Express. However, emails from one particular friend never ever appear in the BT inbox, but just pop straight into Outlook Express. It doesn't happen with any other emails - just hers. Why is this?

clutching at straws here but assuming your BT is web based and that's where you're checking it, I can only guess that she's emailing to a different address for you and your Outlook Express is configured for more than one account. Does that make any sense?

I do have several email addresses set up in Outlook Express, but anything sent to any of them come into the BT inbox - except the emails from this one friend. Sorry, as I said, I'm not very technical. This is the best way I can think of to explain it.
