discoloured grout

Our kitchen and bathroom tiles are looking very dingy & discoloured.  Have tried bleach & spray cleaners plus the paint on stuff.  Is there any alternative or is it a rake out & re-grout ?

I haven't tried it, but I believe steam cleaning works.

I steam cleaned mine, with pretty good results.  Have you tried that yet? Certainly sorts out the grout.

I used to use bleach for everything, but now I realise that its the bleach that turns everything yellow!!
