Hi tomking, please try to move on from what you have written,we all say things we shouldn't, try to think of all the kind, loving things you shared not the few negative things that are said but not meant. xx

O bless you all -elcee its true the first year is indeed the toughest and the most raw you will never ever want to get over it just to be able to live with it xx
tomking -please dont beat yourself up -try your hardest to look on the positive happy moments even although they can be as painful.xx
I cried last Tuesday as my daughter was crying as she has had such a run of bad luck -I wont bore you with the details for fear of the cynics but she had pleurisy,a flood in her flat lost her second job and she is only 19 and because she was crying I was as well. She is way too young to have to deal with all this but I garnered strength yet again and she is now better (that wasnt down to me) and the loss adjustor is meeting her claim and looks like financially things are on the up so when I drove from her flat on Thursday and saw a rainbow I was choked as I saw it as a sign.

Wow.
There are so many sad stories here!
I last shed a tear about...
Three years ago?
My Chanel perfume glass bottle got smashed before I had the chance to use it... $150.00 gone to waste... :(
If something I see makes me cry I usually just think about how to stop that happening or think about it logically. I don't see much point in crying except expressing your emotions. :)

I had shed many a tear since the breakup of my relationship. The breakup itself, things being hard living together for a while after, finding out he kissed someone then slept with someone, finding out he was seeing someone else and various status updates on Facebook (have now removed him).
However much I move on it's not been long and still gets to me at times.

Tomking, I know what you are going through, but be positive, for all the unkind things we have all said or done the positives must outweigh them, think on the good times,
Our husbands would not want us to be so sad.
We were in Venice the week before his collapse celebrating out 40th anniversary, he died seven weeks later. We were keen photographers and had a wonderful time there and I have the photographs to look back on that time and remember our last holiday together.
