Average household bills

I am currently looking for a four bedroom house to share with friends. Can anyone give me an indication of average utility bills for this type of property gas/electric/water?

All depends on your consumption of course!! And the time of year..

However, in my old four bedroomed property, I think we paid about �40 a month on Electric, the same amount for gas, and water was about �30.

Of course, if you make big efforts and turn the lights of, dont leave stuff on standby, only boil the water that you need, turn down the thermostat by a degree and have showers instead of bath.. you'll be sure to keep your utility bills down.
