 'The Stig' from BBC's Top Gear was ex-Formula One tester Perry McCarthy, but who is the current 'Stig' ? Apparently he is short and speaks with a strong french accent.

For some reason I was under the impression it was Damon Hill.  I have no idea when I was told this but it came up for discussion on another TV programme and it was let slip it was Damon Hill (or did I imagine it)
