how do you find some one for free if they not on the electorial roll does any one know of a good web site thank you.

Why would they not be on the electoral role? it is a legal requirement to fill out the form, and to pay council tax if you are an adult. Even if you are exempt you will still be on the elctoral role.
to me it would mean someone is trying to hide, and therefore you are unlikely to find them on a website

thanks bednobs totally agree the person im trying to tack remarried leaving lots lots debt can not find iv searched 192.com and many more just cant find the ******.

I am on the electoral roll and pay my taxes and everything else, but I tick the box that stops my details coming up on the internet searches.

If you want to see my name and details on the roll you will have to go a physically look at it.

I don't have a landline either.

Many people are like me - it's not always simple or free to find the whereabouts of a person.

If you are not a UK or EU citizen you will most certainly NOT be on the electoral roll.

And in reality it's easy enough to stay off it - refuseniks are not generally pursued.
