Sorry for a dumb question but how much less fat is in oven chips as opposed to fried chips? Surely there can't be a massive difference because oven chips still taste yummy!
I don't know what the exact figure is but there's a massive difference! When frying chips in oil, alot of that oil gets absorbed into the potatoe. Oven chips are baked, and only have a thin coating of oil to help them turn golden brown. Yummy!
