older people might remember this ad for road safety from way back.

here are some lines of the song. it was accompanied by film of a lorry driver driving at night and shots of people with bright clothing.

It is on the "Charley Says" DVD/2 Disc Edition. On the first disc it's number 150 and it's called Pedal Safety Song (1978)
