Oh Salla, I'm looking at her and it's like watching a cow chewing the cud!!!! I mean it's been over 2 hours!!!

I've heard of grazing, but that's a bit much.

Has someone told her that if she chews each mouthful 100 times the food doesn't contain as many calories once she's swallowed it? I had a friend who believed that once, bless her.

Most lunchtimes, she is down the gym and she is like a stick.

Maybe I'd better take a leaf out of her book!!
