To me, it sounds circulatory...as if the oxygen is not going thru your system fast enough, as your heart rate rises. This happens to me when I over exert during exercise, my heart rate will spike and usually my feet will go numb.... but that is ME.... Yours sounds a little more serious - maybe have a fitness test with your GP present so that he/she can see what happens....either way please see your doctor!!
