A friend of mine really recommends powerplates - says they are good for her arthritis and circulation. She pays 5 per session.
Has any ABer bought one for home use? Makro sell them for about 200 plus VAT. Are they any good?

I had to do a course with advisers from Powerplate, before being able to teach users how to use the machine safely.
