i am having problems installing a NGS QUOLL CORDLESS OPTICAL MOUSE to my computer I can get the arrow on t he screen but it will not move mouse is switched on and new batteries must the mouse be able to see the wireless receiver that is plugged into USB port

Have you pressed the synchronisation buttons on mouse and receiver?

Mattie cheers you were bang on, I thought I would have to take it back, it didn't mention anything in the instructions, it works a treat now thanks a million.....
