Question about Microsoft Office 2003

I have somehow messed up all of my settings in outlook. My font is completely different and when I view the messages in my inbox, they're messed up too. Ex. When I open a message that is supposed to be a table--the lines on the table are gone and the text is spread about the page making no sense to me. My question--How do I get ALL of the settings back to default--how they were before I messed with them.

For font and styling Tools> options >Mail format tab.
Not really sure how to make it back t default.
Hope it should be fine by now.
