landlords insurance
any recommendations for a broker for this? for a property that has had signs of movement in the past, but no sign of any movement for at leat 12 years.

Did you get a structural survey done when you bought the property? I'm afraid that, if you didn't declare it to insurers and you had a subsidence claim, they would investigate this thoroughly and, if it came out that there was an issue previously, they may decline the claim. Can you get in touch with the previous owners?

hi GU, here is my previous q. that answers some of your queries. as for the previous owner, im afraid i have no idea who they are. the property was a repo and i bought it from the bank.
