If i test positive for chlamydia, will my partner be automatically given antibiotics as well or will he need to be tested?

it will be altomaticaly assumed that as he is your partner that he is carrying it too and will need treatment the doctor usualy gives tablets for both of you

. the test i think is a swab test from the penis (but dont quote me on this (I am the receptionist not the doctor)
