Hi guys,I pay 20% tax and I have just been paid a small bonus of �342,what would the tax be on this.I earn just over �300 per week. many thanks.

You will lose just over �100 of this from both tax (20%) and NI (just over 10%)

The additional tax on it would be �68.40 and as buildersmate says, employee's NIC at 11% would be payable of �37.62.

Net additional pay if it is exactly �342 would be �235.98
