Prooperty deeds transfered into my partners name
Thanks for that very prompt reply. My Aunt has implyed that my Grandfather is of limited intelligence and when he transfered the property in 1998 at the age of 75 he did not know what he was doing. The transfer was carried out by solicitors who acted on his behalf. My Aunt is trying every angle on this one. He recently had a social services assessment and was described as not suffering with dimenture. He can read although his writing is not great. I still wonder, as over 6 years have passed, if a claim can be made or would'nt that rule apply in this case. I am from Wales.
