Also, if the questioner can't be bothered to take the trouble to phrase a question in a meaningful way it's hardly surprising if we are reluctant to decipher it and do their homework for them.
This is a standard NVQ question which has been posted on various sites and with one minute's research on the internet you should be able to come up with all sorts of ideas. Have you tried the NICE website? Have you looked at your course notes?
