Does anybody know whether it is possible to purchase a hardback box set of the six Anne of Green Gables books? If so, where from and would it be likely before Christmas?

The only one I can find by 'googling' is on Amazon, but that is paperback not hardback

This is irrevalent to your question as i don't know where you can buy them but my mother had loved reading Anne of Green Gables as a child and it was on my Xmas list to buy her the set for her 80th birthday, unfortunately she died a few months before. Try this site. There were 10 books in the series so you might find it difficult to get hardback copies

My mother had a set of hardback books published by Harrap reprinted 1978 if that helps your search.
