My hp psc has packed up on me. I have been in touch with the website and done all the things they tell me and it is still not working. In desperation I have re-installed my old Epson Stylus Colour 460 and the colour is still working !! I have cleaned the heads etc and can print anything in colour. My problem is that when I try to remove the black cartridge the carriage doesn't stop in the middle as it should for me to remove the cartridge. Has anyone any suggestions please? Thanks in advance.
