How are you feeling today? I would just like to say whoever recommended vicks first defence spray, thank you, my throat feels so much better. Burns your eyeballs out, tastes rank afterwards but my god it worked, ta

Ooh, I like having posts for me! :)

I'm okay, thanks. Still feels a bit stuffy at the back of my nose, but I got that Vicks stuff yesterday, too. It's good, isn't it? Hate the feeling and the taste, though, bleurgh! Felt pretty awful when I woke up, but lots better now.

well the back of my nose isnt in pain anymore, dont mean to be disgusting but this morning after using the vicks it looked like I had coughed up half my brain.. and now I seem fine. Glad I dont smoke anymore as god knows what it would have looked like then, yuk
