dear sir ,
my son has given his house on rent abot three years back. now on being asked he refused ,and gone to court and taken ad interim injenction against eviction.
under what ground i can evict him?
ihave no othr house on my name. but my sisters are having their own houses.
ihave kept the apex court judgements appeared in news paper. will it be valid.
