I found this sight for the first time last-night, but I don't fully understand the notice about posting. Please explain in a language understandable to a 70 year old
It means if you have 6 questions to ask from one quiz list them all in the same thread
Its good if you put which quiz in the title bar and I personally think it helps if you put the real number of the question from the quiz
To explain further. There is only room for 20 posts (questions) on the front page where everyone wants to be to get their question seen promptly. If someone posts six individual questions in a short time, that only leaves 14 posts for others and 5 people get pushed onto page 2 unnecessarily. It also means that the poster of all these individual questions will gradually have all their posts going to page 2 whereas if in one block, they will be around for longer.
Hope this makes sense and hope you enjoy the AnswerBank.
Just go with the flow - thats what I do, ive been on here a while and still wonder at some of it. If you go wrong someone will step in and put you right. Have fun.
I go along with the answer about putting several questions under one post, especially when they refer to the same quiz. It is a bit silly listing, say, six questions separately when they could all be put on under one message. Besides which, whoever answers them do not have to mess about answering six different posts. There are several people that do it, so please think how you do it.
If your question relates to Crossword clues, then it helps to give as much information as possible: that is, the number of letters in each answer (if known) PLUS any letters you already have (if any).
