Reset code for Peugeot 206 Blaupunkt radio

Hi,
My daughter has had to disconnect the battery on her Peugeot 206 and the radio now needs a code - can anyone advise please?

The radio is a Blaupunkt T1 and has the numbers:
7 648 140 392 and
BP814OX9099262 on the labels.
