my cousin is engaged, so i was wondering when they get married how would i be related to his wife? would we have a specific relation or would she just be known as the "cousin's wife"?

sorry im not too good with relations, my family is too big and complicated!

You don't have a specific relation to your cousin's future wife - she will simply be member of the extended family. A lot of the titles like uncle, cousin, step-mother etc seem to have been specifically designed to define who you may marry - the church and the law don't seem to be much bothered beyond that.
