i have a problem.i have a lovely glass bowl in which i always make and present my sherry trifle.unfortunately another bowl is wedged inside it.any suggestions to rectify the problem ? many thanks

try running some water inbetween, i do this to loosen pint glasses that are jammed together

after you have froze them both in the freezer put them both into a bowl of warm not hot water that may do the trick in engineering we often froze a brass bush to go into a housing so it may work to remove hth tez

Cooking oil to lubricate the points of contact.

Cool the inner one to make it contract
(ice and water)

Warm the outer one to make it expand
(sit it in a sink filled with warm water)
