if someone sends an electronic payment today from a natwest account to a nationwide account when will it be available to be drawn upon in nationwide?

it seems to vary from 2 hours to 4 working days - you're best to ask your bank

That really depends and varies from one company to another.I have found the payments to arrive mostly within a week.
