I'm hoping to stop smoking on the 2nd of Jan. The 1st is no good as I'll be at home, so the plan is to go to work on the second, and not take any fags, but wear a patch, AND, I've told EVERYBODY, so for shames' sake I need to give it a good go. Maybe this time eh?
