Can you explain your problem a bit further?
eg if you find websites are looking a bit odd, while on the internet go to view > text size and make sure the text is selected as medium or smallest.
If you are in an application such as Word, go to view > zoom and make sure 100% is selected.
Not sure this is answering your problem though.
