I have a sharp electronic organiser model ZQ-290H
My grand daughter has entered a password into it and it is now locked and she has forgotten the password.
Can anyone help please.

It wouldn't be much of a password if it could easily be recovered ... would it?
and the pass setup does ask for confirmation ... and it does say to record the password ....
ok it doesn't warn you not to let a kid loose on it ... but neither does my shotgun
almost all devices provide the facility to reset ... and that's your option here ... you loose everything ... but you get the device back working.
not knowing how old she is ... you'll have to backtrack yourself - but she entered and confirmed the password ... so it's either something she's interested in at the moment ... or qwerty, asdfg or some other easy to repeat combination
if not there are only 2176782336 possible combinations
you should be able to crack that by next christmas ...

What a strange attitude - presumably, if the device was stolen and the thief accessed all you data you'd be saying "THANK YOU SHARP you should realise that these devices can be lost or stolen and make them more secure!"
