morocco,the greek islands,turkey,dubai,all within a 3hour flight i think!

Canaries (loved Lanzarote and Gran Canaria,hated Tenerife)

Canaries, Cyprus, North Africa, Sharm el Sheik (not sure of spelling)

Dubai is 7.5 hour flight.

It depends on your budget and what you want to do

Although you could,but a slim chance if that, of light rain. The Costa del Sol is warmer than UK in April.Mid 20s, and only 2.1/2 hrs away.
