Its from Homecall and you get Uncapped 512k Broadband PLUS Unlimited telephone calls for 24.99
Plus at the moment you get a FREE digital cordless phone.
All sounds good to me.
If I was on a BT phone line, I would seriously consider it.
I recently swapped from Wanadoo dial up to Tiscali Broadband.
15.99 per month, 1mbps speed (although recently my connection speed has been reaching 2.3mbps), 2GB montly allowance with free connection and modem. 1.50 per GB charge over the 2GB allowed.
My Wanadoo dial up was 14.99 a month so Tiscali is only 1 more and I have to be honest and say I have never have never had any problems with the service from either, I only swapped provider becasue of the price.
Before you go for Tiscali, you may want to have a look here! I'm not for or against anyone, but it pays to be informed.
After having tried some big broadband providers and being messed about a bit (mostly by ntl not stopping to invoice me months and months after cancelling my broandband account) I decided to go with a smaller provider and I've never looked back.

No download limits, rather you pay for what you use. I've got 1.1 mbps, use the internet quite a lot because I work from home, and still don't pay more than 16 per month on average.
Oh, and it hasn't gone down in 6 month.
