i have a 04 scenic my blower fan stopped working cost me 400 pound to get it fixed other month ..good luck hope its not same problem as mine
when mine first stopped working in the summer i took it back to the Renault garage they got it working again said if it stops again i need a new part it was ok for 6 months packed up again so had no choice to have it done .
I understand this to be a common problem on the Renault Scenic. Jolly French electrics!

If it has one it could be the resistor pack.

Have a look at a Renault owners forum.
