OMG I'm sooo cold

Its freezing down in Saff London. My fingers have gone purple.

I'm off to Southend later but all I want to do is put my electric blanket on and get in it!

Anyone else suffering?

I was a little for about 2 hours after my heating went off this morning, then decided to hell with the expense and put it back on again.

Have fun in southend... it will be really cold there down by the water!!

Absolutely!! Not a million miles away from you, I set off to cycle to Banstead this morning but after just a couple of miles my hands and feet were non-responsive. COLD.

I went for a 5k run when I got up Tiggs. When I got back I couldn't feel my pinky tips!!

My heating is on and has been ofr the last 1.5 hours but I'm still cold.

I won't be going anywhere near the water, I'll be up in Rayleigh/Basildon so not quite Southend.

I shudder at the thought of cycling in this weather. I'd have icicles dripping down my nose! Lol

I will defo be wrapping up warm before I go. Got my little whooly hat to protect my ears as well otherwise they'd drop off.

I put my heating on at 3.40am this morning when I was woken by my noisy b1tch neighbour pounding on her door to be let in.I was tempted to throw raw eggs at her but my OH stopped me.

It's freezing here too tigger, & although we have the heating on, my husband's just made a roaring fire. We're about to eat a roast beef dinner, so that should warm us up too!

Good suggestion from bigmmma, as they make some really pretty thermals now, also thermal slipper sox, which I bough in the Sainsbury's sale! Nice warm tootsies!
