Even though it's not a word, could it be accepted if I use it in this poem I'm writing? If not, does anyone have an alternative word?

numbness, deadness, unfeeling, unemotional, impassive, cold, unresponsive, detached, withdrawn, insensibility.... does this help? or is it something else you mean?

actually, for poetry I like feelingless. It has a "wind moaning through a broken window" sound to it

As in painting, when you write your first poem you automatically qualify for an 'Artistic Licence'. Use this to create any word you like as long as it fits the bill. Good luck.
