Wholly agree with RM - that is one issue.
The second issue is the amount of water vapour in the air in the first place - to be able to condense out. Putting a utility room in a glass-roofed structure is just asking for trouble. A glass-roofed structure does not let any water vapour out (plasterboard/fibreglass/tiling does) and the tthermal efficiency will be at least 5x worse than the minimum current Building Regs standard for a tiled roof. Do you do washing in there? - try and see what impact it has if you stop any washing or drying activities.
The problem is most noticeable just now of course because the outside temperature is so low (and this is pulling down the surface temperature on the inside glass surface.

Oh dear. We have just ordered a conservatory 4mX4m and specifically asked for (at huge expense) a Pilkington Activ blue glass roof 24mm 4+16+4). The window units will be 28mm (4+20+4) triple shield all round, we had been assured we wouldn't get condensation? The three dwarf walls are 900mm. Will we have condensation on our roof then?
