Lol - not really hun. Everyone's pains are different, but it DOES sound to me as though something's happening, but you could stay like that for another few days yet. Think it'd be best to call your midwife or hospital in the morning. If you have to go in, there's nothing to worry about. they're not going to do anything horrible to you.
Isharp, looking back through your post you said 2days not 4days so you arent getting confused, though at this stage one day can feel like a week.

See if you can get some rest if it is the real thing you will soon know.

If you are worried at any stage contact your maternity unit
so is baby here yet?
sounds to me like contractions, they often feel like a wave going down from top of bump as it gets hard.
try and get them going and ensure baby is on cervix or they could take ages, try a birthing ball or something and sit and rock your hips, get on all fours and encourage baby to get in optimum position.
also keep moving if you can.

It is said that if a bath doesnt stop the pains then they are contractions.
Hello? Does this mean baby lsharp has arrived?!

no the baby still not here what makes you think that..
You can't be far off now even if you have to wait a few more days lol

How are you today? Did you decide to have a word with your midwife or to leave it until tomorrow when you have your appointment?
