Hi, can anyone plese tell me what the white bricks/blocks in the fire front of the above fire are called and where i can get spares from? i have searched the internet with every description i can think of!? Many thanks in anticipation of any help it is now starting to drive me mad as i can locate every other part bar these!

If you go onto the website as an installer, it has a library of parts and a stockist list - can't give you the link as I didn't want to install the software that it wanted to in order to view the part library.

No probs - I had no idea what they were either - I was just intrigued enough to try to find out - I pride myself on being able to find out anything on the net. If there was any money in it, I think I might get myself a new career!
try gas - on -spares in halesowen, birmingham, they specialise in gas fire and cooker spare parts and do delivery, they are on 0121-585-7799 and i think they have a website too.
