We have a 10 month staffie dog (neutured) he has small like bumps above both eyes and cluster of bumps under his chin he scratches these areas and they do bleed. Plus itchy patches under his legpits. He has regular flea treatment the last which was 22.12.08 called Advocate.

My dog quite often gets sore patches underneath and also has had a cluster of bumpey rash on his chin in the past. These are always cleared up very quickly using Oxodex skin cream:

If I had to recommend a dog product that has always worked for me it would be this.

Thank you. we saw the vet today and she thinks he has Fox mange even though the Advocate is meant to kill this. It maybe he caught it before he had the treatment so we are to give him another dose of Advocate plus antibiotics. I will get the Oxodex cream for future ailments. :-)
